Southeast Asia: A Multidisciplinary Journal

Volume 22, Issue 2 of SEAMJ addresses such topics as the urban management challenges in the Greater Kuala Lumpur area; whether the administration and legislation in Bangladesh, Singapore, and Vietnam are sufficient to combat the spread of misinformation about COVID-19 online; an examination of Malaysia's perception of China following the Asian financial crisis; environmental management and industrialization in Brunei; lessons from Singapore on corporate social responsibility in fighting against COVID-19 in Bangladesh; responses of Bangladesh and Myanmar to the Ukraine crisis; and the socioeconomic development of the South Asian Association of Regional Cooperation (SAARC) to that of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). In addition, there are also two book reviews, one on America and China in Southeast Asia, and the other on language, literature and culture in modern Brunei.
