Discussion: S2 pronounces anti as [ʌntaɪ]. Although the use of [aɪ] in the second syllable of anti occurs in the USA, the pronunciation in Britain (which S1 is more familiar with) is generally [ænti] (Wells, 2008, p. 34). This is probably why S1 cannot understand it and transcribed it as undie.
